Understanding Electronic Signatures
What makes a FieldNDA signature legally meaningful.
A FieldNDA electronic signature is a typed name combined with an explicit intent-to-sign action, a timestamp, and a record of the device and network context at the moment of signing.
Signatures are captured under E-SIGN Act consent and bound to the NDA by a certificate number and cryptographic hash.

Why signatures can't be edited
A signed NDA is a legal record. Editing it after the fact would destroy its evidentiary value. If something needs to change, the correct path is to void the current NDA and issue a new one.
