Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest in our cloud storage.
Access controls
Only authenticated users can access their own NDAs. Row-level isolation ensures one account cannot see another account's documents.
Audit logs & immutable records
Every meaningful action — send, view, sign, countersign, void — is captured in a tamper-evident audit ledger tied to the specific NDA.
PDF integrity
Once an NDA is fully executed, the final PDF is content-addressed, write-protected, and pinned to a SHA-256 hash. The bytes cannot be replaced or diverge from the recorded hash.
